Recipies

Breakfast Burrito

  • Tortillas (preferably large, flour tortillas)

  • Eggs

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • Cooked and crumbled sausage, bacon, or ham

  • Diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)

  • Salt and pepper (for seasoning)

  • Optional: sliced avocado, salsa, sour cream, hot sauce, black beans, and/or diced potatoes

Shawarma Bowl

  • Protein (chicken, beef, or lamb), marinated in shawarma spices

  • Rice or another grain base (like quinoa or couscous)

  • Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion)

  • Greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)

  • Hummus

  • Tzatziki sauce or a tahini dressing

  • Pickled vegetables (like turnips or cucumbers)

  • Olive oil and lemon juice (for dressing)

Chicken Caesar Wrap
